Ten years ago, the mens lacrosse team beat Syracuse 109 to claim its first national championship since 1953. The men fell just short of a replay what would have been the teams seventh title in the intervening decade this year, losing to Syracuse 1312, but their female counterparts kept tradition alive, beating Georgetown 127 to earn their second NCAA title.
