A letter from an alumna about Admissions in general

I hope the PAW will reprint the editorial written by Hillary Ballon ’77 that appeared in the Tuesday, December 18 issue of the New York Times. Hillary points out the need to reform the college admission process in this country. Princeton should take the lead, as we did in reforming the financial aid process, to return the high school years to their original and proper focus — the academic, social and emotional growth of students.
