A letter from a reader entitled: Call it ‘unintelligent design'

In relation to President Tilghman's President's Page (Jan. 25) and some letters to the editor concerning intelligent design, I submit the proposition that due to the long history of so-called “civilization” and the fact that we are all carnivores, herbivores, or omnivores, it has all been very unintelligent design from the start.
